MESS 3 (WAR WAR WAR)

GEO Political power and influence and control is at the heart, and has ALWAYS been, of wars (Some people will want to call this "EMPIRE"). At the moment each continent is fraught with tensions and unrest of one sort or another.
The Themes and details are huge and interconnected and express an enormous systemic meltdown. It is essentially an epic non-linear narrative of militarism, territorial domination and privatized war(and markets).
Currently there are official and unofficial wars. Most notably in the news are the ongoing events in Iraq & Afghanistan and (perhaps unofficially) spreading into Pakistan. There is the often called Middle-east conflict which has at its epicenter the territories of Palestine-Israel established by a UN mandate in the late 40s. Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, Egypt (as well as Saudia Arabia) all fall within the orbit of this conflict ever since. Regional influence dominates as the overt motivational force while that of oil and energy remain diplomatically subtextual. The Gas-reserves from the Balkans has helped to destabilize old and recent animosities within Eastern Europe.

It is imperative to understand the general tenets of FASCISM so that it does not remain mired in some historical corner without an understanding of its current permutations, globally.
Orwell reminds us:
The word ‘Fascism’ is almost entirely meaningless. In conversation, of course, it is used even more wildly than in print. I have heard it applied to farmers, shopkeepers, Social Credit, corporal punishment, fox-hunting, bull-fighting, the 1922 Committee, the 1941 Committee, Kipling, Gandhi, Chiang Kai-Shek, homosexuality, Priestley's broadcasts, Youth Hostels, astrology, women, dogs and I do not know what else... almost any English person would accept ‘bully’ as a synonym for ‘Fascist’. – George Orwell, What is Fascism?. 1944

An excerpt of "BUYING THE WAR" from Bill Moyer's Journal on PBS: "How the administration marketed the war to the American people has been well covered, but critical questions remain: How and why did the press buy it, and what does it say about the role of journalists in helping the public sort out fact from propaganda?"

"Bill Moyers interviews investigative journalist Jeremy Scahill about Blackwater -- in this clip Scahill tells the incredible story of armed Blackwater troops being sent into New Orleans on the order of Blackwater CEO Erik Prince in the aftermath of Katrina."

The development of the consumer's desire

This significant historical event (of nuclear holocaust) has somehow been relegated to deep AMNESIA
But this is understandable when [video] Hate Speech in America (story by Bill Moyers) dominates!
