They're instead going after small farmer Mark Baker & his 70 hogs, Baker would not roll over when they threatened to fine him, his customers, employees and associates $10,000 per hog. For 18 mos Baker's livelihood has been in jeopardy. He cannot sell his hogs and has been trying to get justice.
