BLIZZARD

Rosenmontag (="Rose Monday") is this Monday, but Berlin will not be the epicenter of this annual event. Unfortunately. I do remember some years ago (2001?)having a BLAST with the faeries there. We all dressed up for the RosenFunken-Ball in a group costume! After the Nubbelverbrennung (Burning of the "Nubbel")I remember one of my extremely rare (if not only) outdoor sex-capades with a cutie dressed as a priest or friar. It was cold then and it is cold now. Other than the spectacles which are fun-I have no intention of ever doing such a silly thing again. Bbbbrrrrrr!

Its horribly cold! I am sick of it. Berlin has been under snow for days, weeks, months!

This week will be filled with too many guests ( Christian and his BF, Marco and perhaps Maxime, Shelly, Ale and her Bro.) It's all a bit too much at the moment. When it rains it pours!
Today Snow. Thursday none. friday Snow. Saturday/Sunday none. ugh!
This delightful image of Rye NY was sent today from the Hassel man. Its soooo gorgeous it really makes me want to have that Schrebergarten more and more. The states has been hit hard today by a blizzard and NY was already under snow and has even more.
Is this part of the global warming phenomena we can expect more of? ugH!
