I'm not currently into "Tartans" per se - though i understand if you have the money to burn you can have a Tartan custom-woven for one's unique kilt. perhaps a Red/black/green Black-Power/Pan-African flag Tartan could someday be devised
I have one in a Black duck-demin style textile and would love some more- but at nearly more than 200dollars "each"- it's a long long time away from me being able to own another one.
