This is a splendid sling 'alternative'!
It reminds me of those hanging chairs of the hippie era which I have always liked though they are far from the design culture I once fetishized.
I would assume, unlike the portable slings, that this one may be left as part of the interior decor.

It never occurred to me (till now) that these innocent looking hanging chairs were also used for activities other than sitting.
It also never occurred to me to modify a classic "butterfly-chair" in such a way as to have it function as a sling. I guess I just wasn't butt focused (till now)
