Screaming "Fire"[in a crowded theater] is not protected free-speech in the USA. In the Theater of politics there are several people screaming "Fire" in the attempt to provoke a human avalanche, also known as revolution. The Press, who values and protects it's "freedom of speech" are pained not to touch this messy topic with a 10foot-pole.
